Serena is an early-stage VC fund with a unique model of hands-on operational support. Thanks to a team of Operating Partners who are former entrepreneurs, we help our startups scale faster and more efficiently.

Our support toolkit includes:

• Tailored workshops on key topics (sales, organization, hiring, etc.)

🎯 The Role

You’ll be a true co-pilot in the development of our community platform and help us automate and scale our Talent initiatives — while playing a key role in connecting people, needs, and opportunities within our ecosystem. You’ll join the Operating team for a hands-on, high-impact internship, focused on two strategic missions:

1. Supporting recruitment efforts for our portfolio companies
2. Developing the Serena community (founders and key C-Levels across our startups)
