🎯 The Role:

As a member of the Investor Relations team, you will be a key support to Serena’s fundraising activity and a cornerstone of how the firm presents itself to current and prospective investors.

Your mission:

📌 Design, produce and continuously improve all core marketing and due diligence materials used in our fundraising processes (fund launches, re-ups, strategic partnerships), while bringing automation and structure to how we work.

You will work at the crossroads of:

• Fundraising & Investor Relations (LPs, placement agents, corporate partners)
• Investment teams (deal flow, portfolio, performance, strategy)
• Operations & ESG (reporting, data, impact, governance)

🚀 Your Missions

1. Fundraising & Due Diligence Engine

• Lead the end-to-end response to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from existing and prospective LPs.
• Coordinate inputs from internal teams (investment, operations, ESG, finance) to ensure accurate, consistent and up-to-date answers.
• Maintain and continuously improve a central knowledge base (standard DDQs, Q&A library) to speed up future processes.
• Ensure Serena’s story, positioning and track record are presented clearly and convincingly, tailored to each LP profile.
